Refund policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Please refer to the size chart description before making a purchase.

At checkout, please confirm the correct item, color, size, and payment information to prevent errors, as we will not be responsible for incorrect selections or information provided by the customer.

If you experience any issues with your item upon delivery, please email us within 7 days, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you experience a problem with your order, you can contact us at maverick.district@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Current processing time for all purchased items is 10–14 days from the order date.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for clothing products due to COVID-19.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved or denied. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
